• শিগগির আসছে A. Security Guards' Quarters ( Quarters (Residential Building) i) Repair and renovation of the three bathrooms adjacent to Rooms 6(1), 6(4), and 6(6), including repair of water supply lines and replacement/repair of all damaged sanitary fittings and other associated fixtures. ii) Re-plastering of the damaged portions of the ceilings and walls of Units 6(2), 6(4), and 6(5), where the existing plaster has deteriorated or fallen off, followed by repainting of all ceilings and walls. iii) Repair and maintenance of the water tank, and maintenance and repair of the septic tank. B. Police Barracks Repair and renovation of the two bathrooms adjacent to the two rooms of the Police Barracks, including repair of water supply lines and replacement/repair of all damaged sanitary fittings and other associated fixtures. Re-plastering of the damaged portions of the walls of the rooms and repainting of all ceilings and walls.

• শিগগির আসছে For the Administrative Building: i) Re-plastering damaged sections of walls in rooms 4, 5, and 6; and repair and repainting of all ceilings and walls. ii) Repair work involving the replacement of sanitary fixtures (bib cocks, pillar cocks, basins, low-level commodes, flush tanks, water pipes, mirrors, etc.) in the 2nd-floor bathroom (comprising 2 toilets, 2 urinals, and 1 unit); maintenance of the septic tank and repair/upkeep of sewerage lines; and re-plastering of bathroom ceilings and walls where plaster has crumbled, along with repainting of all ceilings and walls.
