(a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (ten) years; years count backword from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. (b) Specific experience as a Prime Contractor or subcontractor or management contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of 12(Twelve) storied RCC building construction work including finishing items with a minimum value of Tk 13.00 (Thirteen) Crore in a single contract in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years; years count backword from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. (c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk 35.00 (Thirty Five) Crore during last 5 (five) years. Total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed contracts under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover. (d) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PW3-7 in original form) of Tk 12.00 (Twelve) Crore . Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. (e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 16.00 (sixteen) Crore . supporting documents must be submitted.
