- a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (five) years of overall experience . b) Require number of similar nature of works completed shall be 01 (one) number over a period of last 3 (three) years (years will be counted backward from the date of first publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal. Each with a value of at least TK 3,70,000.00 (Taka Three lacs seventy thousand only) under single contract required. c) The Tenderer shall provide certificate of satisfactory completion from the end-user from Government /Semi Government/Autonomus Boday/Organisation. d) The Tenderer shall submit updated Trade License , TIN certificate along with updated Tax return certificate and VAT registration certificate. e) The required average annual construction turn-over shall be greater than TK 5,00,000.00 (Taka Five lac only) over the last 03 (three) years ( years will be counted backward from the date of first publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal). f) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 5,00,000.00(Five lac only) g) Other terms and conditions are mentioned in the Tender Document.
