No claim for extra payment will be entertained for delay of payment. g) For line of Credit from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh all the bidders must submit an unconditional assurance certificate following the standard format (Form PW2a-3) without alteration. Otherwise Tender will not be considered as responsive. h) Latest Circular of CPTU & CPC of BWDB will be followed. i) If any tenderer hide is on going work, Tenderer is consider Non-Resposive.
