(d) Authorization certificate (mentioned with phone & email of Author) issued by the Manufacturer or Manufacturer's authorized distributor (with name of distributorship) . (e) Tenderer must fulfill the qualification criteria stipulated in the TDS and other conditions of Tender Document (GCC &PCC).
