The tenderer must have completed similar type of contract having minimum valuation of Tk 3.35 Lac in single work in last 5(five) years. 3. Minimum liquid asset Should be TK 3.35 Lac . 4. The tenderer must have annual turn over for Tk 3.35 Lac in last 5(five) years. 5. The final decision about the lowest responsive tenderer will be taken according the recommendation of TEC. 6.Tenderers shall also have to fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC. 7.Authorization letter 8. Rule 27(2) of PPR-2008 will be apply in case of front loading. 9. The tenderer’s quoted price will be subject to the rate analysis if the quoted price is substantially higher or lower (say outside 10% of range ) than the official cost estimate.
