Tenderes shall have the legal capacity to inter into the contract,under the applicable law. 3. Tenderers must have experience as per ITT clause 9.1 otherwise tender will be non-responsive. 4. Tenderers must fulfill the requirements of TDS &PCC. 5. Tenderers must submit a written commitment that they committed to do work estimated quantity as purchaser wants. 6.
