The Certifying authority must be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer. 02. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 40.00 lakh over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years. 03. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 30.00 lakh 04. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: 31.00 lakh
