Eligibility of Tenderer
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction/Supply & installation works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 years. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or ManagementContractor in construction/Supply & installation works of at least 01 contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 years, with a value of at least Tk 25 crore. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the in the newspaper. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 35 crore over the best 3 years in the last 5 years. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 250 million BDT. 5. Section-2, Section-4 and others requirements of tender document will be applicable. 6. Pre tender meeting will be held at Project Office Dhaka at 11 AM on 16 June 2025.
