The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall Tk.1,00,000.00 (One Lac Only) which shall be supported by bank statement or Bank certificates of valid credit facilities not before Tender publication Date. 5. The tenderer shall have legal capacity to enter into the contract. 6. The Tenderer shall have Valid and up to date Trade license, BIN Certificate & Income Tax Acknowledgement certificate or Acknowledgement slip as proof of submission of income tax return. 7.
