If any same certificate found in twice or more in the scrutinizing of the tender evaluation process, the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive. 3. Only copy of Completion Certificate as prescribed format of works supported by work order will be considered for evaluation. 4. For submission of any false/fake certificate, he/his firm may be penalized according to PPA & PPR-2025 Rule-127(1,2,3). 5. If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstruction practices of any kind is determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 4 of Standard Tender Document. 6. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2025 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained. 7.Must Submit rate analysis if the quoted rate is abnormally lees or above.
