- 1. Tenderer shall have an updated Trade License; Tax Identification Number (TIN), updated Tax paying certificate, and VAT registration certificate; 2. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (three) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services as supplier; 3.
