- General experience of the contractor shall be 5 (Five) years in similar nature of works. The minimum specific experience as a contractor in similar nature of works (Supply & Installation of Production Deep Tube well, Submersible Pump, Motor, Cable, Panel Board with Accessories and Pipe Line Work) successfully completed within the last 3 (three) years with a value of at least Tk. 50.00 (Fifty) Lac in single contract under Government/Semi government/Autonomous body sector of Bangladesh. The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk. 50.00 (Fifty) Lac in the last 3 (three) years. Payment certificates for contract completed under Government/Semi government sector during last 3 (three) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual turnover. The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/working capital/credit facilities (in the e-PW2A-8 form without any alteration) Tk. 40.00 (forty) Lac. The Tenderers must submit with its Tender VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date Trade License, Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate provide by Government of Bangladesh. VAT shall be deducted from the contractor's bill using the current NBR rate which was used for estimation of this work. All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled. The procuring entity have right to receive or reject any part or all the tender. All tenderers are eligible except Israel.
