Tenderers must submit a 1000g or 01 (one) liter each sample in a suitable packet, jar, or bottle to the Office of the Chief Chemist, Bibiyana-3, 400 MW CCPP, Habiganj, by 30/09/2026 at 5:00 PM to fulfill the requirements of the technical specifications; otherwise, the tenderer will be non-responsive. 5. After supplying the goods, the winning contractor must submit a laboratory test certificate for the supplied items issued by an authentic institution such as BUET, Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission (BAEC), BSTI, or BCSIR prior to R&I. Otherwise, R&I will not be conducted, and the materials will be returned. 6. Tenderers must comply with the requirements specified in the TDS and PCC. 7. Tenderers must submit a written undertaking committing to supply the estimated quantities in staggered deliveries/segments as requested by the purchaser. 8.
