- Tenderers should have fowolling eligibility- 1) Reputed Contractors/Suppliers who have minimum 03 (Three) years of general experience in Supplying of Office Equipment’s. 2) Specific experience: Having experience in successful completion of at least 01 (One) numbers of similar nature of work in Bangladesh of government/semi government/Autonomous organization during last 3 (Three) years. 3) Liquid assets: The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid Assets) & or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be supported by Bank certificate (original copy only). 4) Tender capacity: Must have minimum tender capacity of not less than his/her tender price. 5) The tenderer must possess: i) Up to date income tax clearance certificate, ii) Valid Vat Registration certificate, iii) Up to date Trade license mentioned similar Business. iv) Warrantee Certificate should be submitted from manufacturer & Tenderer. 6) Other required eligibility of conditions of the tender is shown in tender data sheet (TDS) of tender documents
