- Eligibility of Consultant
- (1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in providing physical service as Prime Service Provider shall be 05 [Five] years. (2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Service Provider in providing physical service of at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of 05 [Five] years with a value of at least of BDT 12,00,000.00 [Twelve Lac] shall be required. (3) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 12,00,000.00 [Twelve Lac] that must be issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website. (4) The Tenderer should have a valid Trade license, be financially solvent, an Income Tax payee & legal capacity to enter into the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Procurement policy-2026 of Electricity Generation Bangladesh PLC. N.B.: Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal.
