The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 8.00 (Eight) lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. 3. The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) lakhs during the last 5 years; Turnover must be supported by Bank Statement of the Tenderer. 4. The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender; 5.
