1) Valid trade license, TIN number, VAT registration, nationality, & business address, and declaration about legal capacity to enter into the contract. 2) Work plan, statement of work method, equipment & personnel. Special Instruction: 1) Payment will be made subject to the availability of funds. No claim in this regard will be entertained. 2) Continuation of work could not be hampered for the reason of insufficient budget provision & fund allocation.
