Only Payment certificate issued by competent authority shall be accepted as proof of turnover. (d) Tender capacity: - The minimum capacity shall be: Tk 1.50 (One point five zero) Lac. (e) Liquid asset requirement: - The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1.00 (One ) Lac. (f) All other qualification criteria will be as per TDS and ITT included in this tender.
