The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Modernization/Renovation/Interior/Construction of office building including interior works with supplying and installing necessary related goods of at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature completed within the last 05 (Five) years, in a single contract in Government / SemiGovernment / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh with a value of at least Tk. 2,00,00,000.00 (Two crores) only. The minimum average annual turnover i.e. total certified payments received for contracts completed under Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 6.00 (six) crores. The minimum amount of liquid assets or available credit facilities net of other contractual commitments shall be Tk. 2,60,00,000.00 (Two crores sixty lac) only.
