Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender; Tenderer who has not started the previous work after handover of the site under this project are not eligible for this tender. Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents. The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.
