No claim for extra payment will be entertained for delay of payment. g) For line of Credit from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh all the bidders must submit an unconditional assurance certificate following the standard format (Form PW3-7) without alteration. Otherwise Tender will not be considered as responsive. Form PW3-7 has been attached in Section 7 (General Specification) or may downloaded from CPTU website.
