(experience counting backward from the date of tender publication (IFT) in the newspaper). Valid Trade License (up to date), Income Tax Clearance Certificate (up to date), TIN Certificate & VAT Registration Certificate, NID card. Payment will be made as per availibility/allocation of the fund but the whole work shall have to be completed within stipulated time. According to Letter Memo No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377; Dated : 30/08/2018 & Memo No : 03.073.046.21.00.001.2018-259; Dated: 03.10.2019 from Office of The Prime Minister and CPTU Letter Memo No : 21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202; Date : 10.10.2019.; the contractors who has not yet completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderers for this tender notice. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per STD, PPA-2006, PPR-2008 and its all latest amendments and no claim in this regards will be entertained. Satisfying the other criteria laid in TDS, G.C.C, PCC, ITT and PPA-2006, PPR-2008.
