- 1)Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Lift. 2)Having Experience in Successful completion of at least 01 (One) Number of Similar works of Tk. 8.50 Lac in a single tender during last five years. The work Certificate for successful Completion of work shall have to be issued by the authority concerned/Executive Engineer of concerned department duly verified by the Executive Engineer of PWD under who’s Jurisdiction the work has been completed. 3)The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction turn over during last 5(five) years Tk. 12.30 Lac Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender. 4)Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk. 9.00 Lac, supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW3-7) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will results the tender non-responsive. 5)Tenderer must have up to date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electric licensing board. 6)All papers shall have to be up to date according to TDS,GCC,PCC of this tender notice & documents. 7)The tenderer shall be the Sole agent/Representative/Distributor of the lift Manufacturer and must submit the supporting documents with authorization letter from original manufacturing company. 8)All other terms and Conditions as stated in the PPR/2008 and supporting papers (attached with the tender) is to be attested by any 1st class gazetted officer. 9)Certificate from the Original Manufacturer ensuring availability of spare parts of the lift for the next 01 (one) year shall be submitted with the Tender. 10)Authority preserve all rights to accept or reject all tender without any cause.
