- a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer should have at least Four (04) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. [Regarding evidence of experience, the Tenderer must submit evidences in the form of certificates (End User Certificate/Work Completion Certificate/Acceptance Certificate etc.) from the purchaser, containing name, address, fax, phone, e-mail, website, etc. in Letter Head Pad of purchaser for necessary correspondences.] (b) The Tenderer must have One (01) specific experience in Similar works (Safety Valve Testing) within the last 03 (Three) years having a value of not less than Taka 7,00,000.00 (Seven Lac Taka Only) under a single contract in Power Plant. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT. (c) Any Tenderer authorized by experienced company (Having safety valve test experience) can participate in this tender. Experience of the experienced company (Having safety valve test experience) will be considered as the experience of the tenderer. In that case, Tenderer must submit a commitment letter/contract document from the experienced company (Having safety valve test experience) stating that they will furnish the testing works during submission tender. (d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 9,00,000.00 (Nine Lac Taka Only). (e) The Tenderer should have valid and updated Trade License, should be financially solvent, Income Tax payee, should have the legal capacity to enter in to the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Procurement policy-2015 of Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd. N.B.: years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP web portal.
