A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 95 Lakh under single contract over a period of 5 years shall be required. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 95 lakh over the last 5 years. 4.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 90 lakh . Use standard format incase of line of credit. 5. Tender Capacity Tk 125 Lakh . Note that (a) Boring rate must be higher with depth increase. (b) Boring Rate must be realistic. Unreleastic low rate in Boring shall make Tenderer Non-Responsive.
