- 1. The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the supplying, Installation Testing and Commissioning of Medical Gas pipeline System Shall be 10 (ten) years. 2. The minimum specific experience as prime contractor in supply, Installation Testing and Commissioning of Medical Gas pipeline System of at least 3 (three) contract value of at least Tk. 45.00 Lac i.e, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization. 3. The required average annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 210.00 (Two hundred Ten ) Lac over the period of last 05 (five) years i.e, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Average annual turnover i.e, Biddet must provide "Payment Certificate" in support of "Construction Turnover". 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitment is Tk 20.00 (Twenty) lac . as e-PW3-7 format of the Tenderers shall be Document submitted along with the tender must be issued by scheduled bank in between tender publication and submission date. 5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 50.00 (Fifty) lac. 6.
