[ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] Having specific experience in successfully completing at least 01 (one) number of building works in/c sanitary water supply and electrical works of similar nature and volume of a single work order of Tk. Minimum Tk 650.00 Lakh (Six Crore Fifty Lac) in the last 5(five) years in any Government Department /Semi-Government Department/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. (Along with the work order and completion certificate should be enclosed). b) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities (in Form e-PW3 -7) of the tenderer shall be BDT. 150.00 Lac (One Crore Fifty Lac) only. c) According to Letter Memo No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377; Dated: 30/08/2018 & Memo No: 03.073.046.21.00.001.2018-259; Dated: 03.10.2019 from Office of The Prime Minister and CPTU Letter Memo No: 21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202; Date: 10.10.2019.; the contractor who has not yet completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice. d) Other Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
