- 1. The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the supplying, Installation Testing and Commissioning of Medical Gas pipeline System Shall be 5 (Five) years. 2. The minimum specific experience as prime contractor in supply, Installation Testing and Commissioning of Medical Gas pipeline System of at least 1 (one) contract value of at least Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) Lac i.e, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization. 3. The required average annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 150.00 (One hundred Fifty ) Lac over the period of last 05 (five) years i.e, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitment is Tk 15.00 (Fifteen) lac . as e-PW3-7 format of the Tenderers shall be Document submitted along with the tender must be issued by scheduled bank in between tender publication and submission date. 5. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 35.00 (Thirty Five) lac. 6. Up-to-date trade and VAT registration certificate, income TAX clearance certificate,Trade License and ABC/BC and supervisory licenses. 7.Special Terms and conditions ( as uploaded in section No-8)
