(c) The minimum production capacity of furniture items is/ are 30,000 (Thirty Thousand) per year but a single item not more than 2000 (Two thousand). (d)The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), of the tenderer shall be Tk. 375.00 Lakh. (e) According to the order of the prime minister office vide memo no. 03.04.839.16.00.004.2018-377 Date: 30/08/2018, the participated bidder will not be qualified if the bidder already been awarded one or more lot of the supply of furniture under this PE office and the supply of furniture yet not completed, also the bidder will not be qualified performance and quality of supplied furniture were not satisfactory under this PE. (f) Qualified bidder will not be awarded more than one lot under the package. (g) The Procuring Entity (PE) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
