- a) Manufacturer’s authorization letter must be submitted along with the tender, in case of the tenderer not manufacturing the Goods. b) List of Service Centre/showroom facilities in Bangladesh. c) The Authorization Dealer/Assembling Organization/Supplier agent must be in the business of similar Goods at least five (05)years from the date of Bid opening. d) Original Catalogue/Brochure of the items to be submitted with the tender and Brand name & Model number should bementioned with the Specifications. e) The Tenderer must submit satisfactory completion certificate(s) / purchase order(s) / contract agreement(s) of institutional and retail supplies with quantity, price and name of purchasers of similar goods within last 5 (five) years. f) Copies of audited financial statements for the last three Fiscal Year; g) Valid Certificate of Incorporation/Memorandum of association/Valid Trade Licence/Manufacturing License. h) Valid VAT Registration Certificate; i) Valid Income Tax clearance certificate with TIN/BIN Number; j) Written confirmation regarding availability of the quoted Goods. k) An affidavit confirming the legal capacity stating that there are no existing orders of any judicial court. l) An affidavit confirming that the tenderer is not insolvent, in receivership or not bankrupt or not in the process of bankruptcy, nottemporarily barred from undertaking their business for financial reasons (Notarized). m) An affidavit for anticorruption confirming that the tenderer is not involved in any sort of corruption, fraudulent, collusive, coerciveand obstructive practices by any means as set out and defined in the World Bank’s Anti-Corruption Guidelines. n. ISO/CE/Equivalent Certificate.
