(e) The minimum capacity shall be tk. 06.00 Lakh. f) Tender security/Performance Security will be submitted through bank draft or pay order from any schedule bank of Bangladesh. g) Up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate and NID. h) The Fees for downloading the e-Tender documents from the National e-GP System portal have to be deposited online through any registered Bank's Branched up to 12:00 on 12/05/2024. i) Any alteration, modification or cancellation of e-tender, no extra claim will be entitled. j) The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason what so ever. k) The default Contractors of HED, H.Q or HED Faridpur Division those are not able to complete the work FY: 2022-2023 Repair & Maintenance GOB & OP (Revenue and OP Development) will not allow participating in tender process.
