- 1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years. 2. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is BDT4,60,00,000.00 (Four Crore Sixty Lakh Taka Only). [Tenderer must submit proper document mentioning the amount clearly] 3.The Tenderer must submit Turbine Air (Cylindrical,Conical, Pocket Type) Filter sample as per specification within the last date of tender at Mymensingh Power Station,Mymensingh and receiving document of sample filter from the plant should be submitted with the tender. 4. Other criteria for eligibility as specified in Tender document. Note: The Goods supplied under this Contract shall be fully insured by the Supplier in a freely convertible currency against loss or damage incidental to manufacture or acquisition, transportation, storage, and delivery. The Goods remain at the risk and title of the Supplier until their final acceptance by the PE.
