Terms and refund policy

ProcureIndex organises public e-GP data. We are not a government body and not affiliated with e-GP. The information here is not official: verify it on eprocure.gov.bd before you bid. Historical price bands are a decision aid only, not a bid recommendation or a guarantee.

If you pay for a Bid Brief by bKash and do not receive it, you get a full refund. We send it back to the bKash number the payment came from. To ask for one, message us with your number and TrxID.

On monthly Basic or Pro, if you don't like it within 7 days of paying your first month, message us and the full amount goes back to the bKash number you paid from. The rules: first payment only. Once per phone number and once per firm. You must ask within 7 days. Monthly plans only, annual plans are not covered. The Bid Brief is not covered either, but if you do not get the brief you still get a full refund. If we can't switch your plan on, that is a full refund too.

After the payment is verified, the brief is unlocked usually within 2 hours, between 9 am and 10 pm. If you pay outside those hours, we unlock it the next morning.

Your mobile number and TrxID are used only to unlock the brief, match the payment and, if you take alerts, send them. We do not sell them or share them with third parties. If you stop alerts or ask us to delete your data, we delete your number. We keep only the TrxID and amount for our payment records.
