The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be T k 15,00,000.00 Lac (Tk Fifteen Lakh Only) before tender closing date. Note for Liquid asset : In case of credit from the Bank it shall clearly mention the name of the work and Tender ID/ Tender Reference no. d . If the quoted rate of any item deviates more than ten percent (10%) compared to the Rate, then the tenderer must enclose rate analysis . Otherwise the tenderer will be consideredas non-responsive. e. If any same certificate found in twice or more in the scrutining of the tender evaluation process, the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive f. If any false certificate found in the scrutining of the tender evaluation process, the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive
