No claim or compensation shall be entertained in this connection. 5. Payments of executed work will be made upon availability of funds. Any claim for the late payments will not be entertained. 6. Quality & Quantity of works shall be checked by BWDB Taskforce Committee. 7. Confirming the circular about Formation of JVCA, Business Share, Specific Experience, Turnover. 8. The Contractor shall keep records of still and video pictures of the works before start of work and after completion of works maintaining same angle of pictures at his own cost. 9. After completion the tender opening process, if disable to downloading important documents of the tender, which consider to tender evaluation. In order to the tender may be treated as non-responsive.
