- 1. The factory/establishment shall be duly registered and licensed by the Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE). The tenderer must possess a valid license, and, where applicable, the license shall remain valid for the fiscal year 2026–2027 with all requisite fees duly paid. 2. For the execution of supply activities, the Tenderer/Contractor shall obtain and maintain a valid Trade License issued by the concerned City Corporation/Local Government authority. The Tenderer shall have an established office and shall submit relevant documentary evidence to substantiate the same, which must be produced upon request by the Procuring Entity. 3. The Tenderer shall submit, along with the Tender, valid and up-to-date copies of Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate issued by a scheduled bank, attested copy of National ID Card, and 02 (two) copies of recent passport-size photographs. 4. An amount of BDT 3,15,000/- (Three Lakh Fiftin Thousand Taka) shall be submitted as Earnest Money (Tender Security) in the form of Pay Order/Bank Draft. The Earnest Money of unsuccessful Tenderers shall be refunded as per rules. 5. The successful Tenderer shall execute the contract agreement on non-judicial stamp of BDT 300/- (Three Hundred Taka) within the stipulated time.

- 1. The Tenderer shall provide a list of manpower to be engaged in the supply activities (including Electrician, Plumber, Technician, Mason, Carpenter, Cleaner, etc.), along with copies of their National ID Cards and 01 (one) copy of passport-size photograph for each personnel. 2. The Procuring Entity shall bear no responsibility for accommodation of the manpower engaged by the Contractor. 3. Payment shall be made to the Contractor on the basis of actual work done and verified daily attendance. 4. Payment of bills will be subject to the availability of budget allocation from Police Headquarters. If funds are allocated, bills will be paid regularly at the end of each month. However, the salaries and allowances of outsourcing employees cannot be withheld under the pretext of a lack of budget allocation. 5. -If any damage is caused to the Police Department's information or to any public or private property by the personnel supplied by the contractor, the contractor/firm shall be held fully responsible and liable for such damages. 6. bIn accordance with the 'Outsourcing Service Procurement Policy 2024', the age of the service personnel must be between 18 and 60 years, and they must possess the physical and mental fitness required to perform the duties. 7. Under no circumstances shall manpower be accepted from any other firm, organization, or sub-contractor other than the successful bidder (contracting firm). 8. Value Added Tax (VAT) and Income Tax shall be deducted from the service charge of the successful firm in accordance with government regulations 9. Deployed personnel must carry identity cards issued by the manpower supply firm while on duty. 10.
