- Amendment to GCC Clause 26.1(b) "On Delivery and Acceptance": The following proviso is hereby added: "Provided that, pursuant to PPR-2025 Framework Agreement guidelines, no progressive deduction of 10% Retention Money shall be made from the invoice, if the Supplier submits an unconditional, irrevocable, and enforceable Bank Guarantee, Pay Order, or Bank Draft equivalent to 10% of the total Call-off Order value in favor of 'Police Commissioner, Rangpur Metropolitan Police'. The validity of said Financial Security must extend at least 28 days beyond the Warranty/Defect Liability Period. If the Supplier fails to submit it prior to or during final invoice submission, 10% Retention Money shall be progressively deducted from the invoice." Other terms remain unchanged.
