- 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (five) years. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of similar nature including civil construction, finishing, sanitary, Electrical and other related necessary works successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least TK. 60,00,000/- (Sixty Lakh). 3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater thanTK.56,00,000/- (Fifty Six Lakh) over the last 05 (Five) financial years or best 05 (Five) years in the last 10 (Ten) financial years. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk.32,00,000/- (Thirty two Lakh). 5. Up to date Valid Trade Licenses as a civil construction contractor. 6. Proper VAT Registrations Certificate as a Construction Firm. 7) Latest (last year) Income Tax clearance Certificate with e-TIN Certificate. 8) Up-to-date ABC Contractor and Supervisory License 9. Up to date contractors License from PWD or any other GoB organization 10. Satisfactory other criteria laid down in the tender data sheet and additional terms and conditions of the tender documents
