- 1. The minimum of years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as supplier shall be 03 (Three) years, i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. 2. The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01(one) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 161000/- ( One Lakh Sixty One Thousands); i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. 3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) in the format as specified (Form PG2-5) of the Tenderer shall be of TK. 184000 ( One Lakh Eighty Four Thousands); Document of liquid assets to be submitted along with the tender and it must be issued between publication date and submission date of the tender. 4. Up-to-date Valid Trade Liscence as Supplier. Supplier according to PPR,2008. 5. e-BIN (13 digits) Registration Certificate. 6. Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate. 7. Sample (200 gram Standard Cholar Daal ) must be submitted in 03 (Three) transperent containers to the Jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time. 8. Certificate of Incorporation ( in case of Limited Company) 9. All others terms and conditions as stated in TDS and PCC. 10. All the Tenderers must follow the PPR-2008 Rules and Regulations.
