- a) All the Tenderers must follow the PPA-2006 & PPR 2008. b) Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per Standard Tender Document (STD) (I) Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services. (II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk.26.00 lakh under a maximum 01 (one) contract in any government organization in the last 03 (three) years. i.e. years counting backwards from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. (III) Certificate of bank solvency with the minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of Tk.26.00 lakh issued after July 2023. (iv) Up-to-date Valid Trade License; (v) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate. (vi) e-BIN (13-digit) registration certificate; (vii) Certificate of incorporation (in case of the limited company) (viii)Sample [200 gm Unnatamaner Masurda (Soru)] must be submitted in (Three) Transparent containers to the Habiganj District Jail as per technical specifications on before tender opening date and time.
