The Contractor shall keep records of still and video pictures of the works before start of work and after completion of works maintaining same angle of pictures at his own cost. 10. After completion of the tender opening process, if important documents/certificates related to tender evaluation are unavailable to download/unclear/without JV percentage/other important informations, the certificate would not be taken into consideration. 11. The contractor shall execute tests (cylinder test/core cutting test/polypropylene content etc.) as stated in GCC and BWDB Technical Specification attached in section 8.
