1. Updated copy of valid trade license. 2. Updated income tax clearance certificate & E-tin certificate. 3. Updated vat registration certificate. 4. A latest certified copy of bank solvency certificate or line of credit According to ePG3 Form. 5. The tenderer must submit a bank statement for the last 03 Month as of 30 September, 2026 6. A certificate of Ownership of the company. 7. Citizenship certificate or national identity card copy 8. Similar work experience at least 01 years & Over all work experience at least 03 years. 9. In case of submitting itemized bids, the price of each item must be in line with the market price. 10. If any organization submits a bid for any item that is significantly higher or lower than the market price, its bid will be considered rejected. 11. Participants in the tender process must submit samples of all materials to be used in the garment sewing process prior to the opening of the tender. 12. Preference will be given to institutions with experience in national work in the police department.
